Returns & Exchanges Overview

All sales are final. AstraLana is a small, independently owned business and is therefore unable to accept change of mind refunds or exchanges.

If you need to return an eligible item, please contact me beforehand at info@astralana.com to organise the return.

Size Exchanges

Astralana only offers size exchanges. The size exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, I can not offer you an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it (including all tags and labels still attached).

Please note:

  • I will require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Any exchanges/returns sent without prior communication and approval will be refused
  • Any clothing returned with stains/odour or not in original condition will not be eligible
  • I reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the request does not meet the appropriate criteria

Faulty Items/Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there are any issues with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the order. I will ask for photograph evidence regarding the faulty item.

Please note:

  • I will require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • If 7 days have passed since your purchase, I cannot offer you an exchange
  • Any returns sent without prior communication and approval will be refused
  • Items damaged due to incorrect care will not be deemed faulty
  • I reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the request does not meet the appropriate criteria or if the item is not deemed faulty

Shipping returns/exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your exchangeable item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
