Shipping Policy Overview
AstraLana is an independently owned and run small business. Please allow up to 10 business days before your order is shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping prices may vary depending on the item you order and where it is being shipped to.
Once shipped, AstraLana is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, or customs processing times. It is recommended to keep track of your order via the provided tracking link.
International Shipping
When ordering from outside Australia, please be aware that customs charges, import taxes or duties may apply in your country. These fees may vary by country and must be paid before delivery.
Please check the fees required for your country prior to ordering. AstraLana is unable to advise on specific charges for each country.
All import fees, charges, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Astralana is not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred.
Returns due to unpaid fees:
- If you refuse to pay the fees, your order will be returned to AstraLana
- You will be refunded for your order, minus the shipping cost and an admin fee
International Shipping Availability
At this stage, AstraLana does not ship to all countries. If you wish to place an order from a country that AstraLana does not currently ship to, please enquire via email, and I will happily assess the possibility of shipping to you.
